Heart of Georgia Primary Care, LLC is committed above all else to provide quality healthcare. We have four providers available at our location: Dr. M Todd Peacock, Amy Cravey, FNP-C, Caley Allen, FNP-C, and Brianna Crummey, FNP-C. Our staff is devoted to the care and well-being of the community.

Heart of Georgia Primary Care focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions ages 8 or above. We see a variety of illnesses from urgent issues such as the common cold and influenza to chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and lung disease. With four providers, we are available to take same day appointments. In office services include labs, ultrasound, stress test, and peripheral neuropathy testing.

Amy Cravey FNP-C

Amy Cravey, FNP-C was born and raised in Dodge County and graduated from Dodge County High School in 1991. She graduated from Middle Georgia College nursing school in 1995. While attending nursing school she worked at Dodge County Hospital as a registration clerk and as a phlebotomist in the lab. As a Registered Nurse she worked in the emergency department, Intensive Care, Med-surg, and Nursing Management at Dodge County Hospital. In 2004, while raising a family and managing the Med-Surg department she identified the need for more primary care in this area and decided to obtain her credentials as a nurse practitioner. By 2009 she became Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She began practicing at Eastman Medical Center and was there until 2012. She then went to the Cochran area and practiced there until 2018. In June 2018 she came back home to Eastman to practice. She has now joined Dr. Todd Peacock and Brianna Jessup and formed Heart of Georgia Primary Care.

Amy lives in Eastman and has three children Elaina, Lauren, and Case; ages 20, 17, and 8. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Eastman.

She is settled in at Heart of Georgia Primary Care with Dr. Peacock and Brianna Jessup Crummey. They are ready to meet all of your primary healthcare needs. Brianna Crummey FNP-C

Brianna graduated from Middle GA State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She immediately began working as an Emergency Room registered nurse at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA. Brianna began the Master of Science in Nursing program specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner in April 2017. She graduated with High Honors from South University in March 2019. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Brianna has experience in acute care management. She has served as a preceptor for students and new nurses. Brianna completed clinical rotations in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Primary Care. Brianna is married to Lane Crummey and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is the daughter of John and Carla Jessup of Eastman.

Caley Allen FNP-C

Caley C. Allen, FNP-C. She has joined our team so we can continue to provide you care when you need it!

Caley graduated from Mercer University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015, completing the Clinical Nurse Leader program at Augusta University. She received her Post-Master’s certificate from Georgia College and State University with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020.

Caley has worked in the Critical Care Unit at Houston Medical Center and the Women’s Center at Fairview Park Hospital. She has served as a clinical preceptor for Middle Georgia State University’s nursing program. Caley is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has completed clinical rotations in pediatrics, women’s health, and family medicine. Caley and her husband Tyler have one son, Ryman, and they reside in Plainfield.
